Ingredients
2 C milk
4 C potatoes, diced
1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper
2 T butter
2- 4 C grated cheese
2 T flour
Directions
- Cook potatoes in milk about 7 minutes, stirring constantly, gentle simmer.
- Add salt, pepper, butter and stir.
- Sprinkle on cheese and flour and stir to blend.
- Pour into baking pan and bake at 400° for 25 minutes until bubbly and browning on top.
