Garden Fresh Pizza

Makes 2
2 pita breads(from Polly)
1 green pepper thinly sliced
3 stalks asparagus cut in small pieces
1/4 c. chopped garlic scape
1 tsp pesto
2 oz. fresh mozzarella
1/2 cup grated fresh Parmesan

Optional
2-3 oz. cooked chicken

-Lightly saute veggies in olive olive.
– Place pesto on top of the pta crust, add veggies, and parmesan (and meat if desired)
-Put pita pizzas on a pizza pan.
-Bake at 450 for 8-10 min until golden and bubbly
